To ensure your learning experience is optimal and respectful, we ask all our students to follow these guidelines for successful coexistence.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Commitment to Learning<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Attendance:<\/strong> Students are responsible for connecting on time to their scheduled sessions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical Readiness:<\/strong> It is the student&#8217;s responsibility to verify that their microphone, camera, and internet connection are working properly before the class begins.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Materials:<\/strong> During the session, students must have a notebook, notepad, or a device available to take notes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Learning Responsibility:<\/strong> While the teacher guides the learning process, students must take an active role by taking notes and asking questions about anything they do not understand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Booking and Cancellation Policies<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>24-Hour Rule:<\/strong> Any cancellation or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the class will be considered as taught, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided (except for verifiable emergencies).<\/li>\n<li><strong>System Usage:<\/strong> Bookings and payments must be managed exclusively through the site&#8217;s official channels: using the teacher&#8217;s calendar and paying via Stripe or PayPal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Conduct and Mutual Respect<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Respectful Environment:<\/strong> Profanity, disrespectful behavior, or harassment toward teachers will not be tolerated. Mexican Spanish reserves the right to terminate the account of any student who violates this rule without a refund.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication:<\/strong> All communication with the teacher should remain respectful and focused on the learning objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>Materials provided by teachers at <strong>mexicanspanish.net<\/strong> are for the student&#8217;s personal use only. Distribution, sale, or publication on other websites without authorization is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Information Security<\/h2>\n<p>For your own safety, we recommend not sharing financial data or sensitive personal contact information directly with instructors.
